Troubleshooting:

1. Insufficient power leads to unstable Bluetooth connection. Please charge the keyboard or mouse for 30 minutes and then reconnect.
2. Delete all bluetooth connection records from your device and reconnect.
3. Restart the keyboard and mouse and your device.
4. Please make sure that the keyboard or mouse Bluetooth channel is in pairing mode (the Bluetooth indicator flashes quickly).
5. Please make sure the distance between connected devices is no more than 33 feet.
6. Please ensure that the computer receiving port is in good contact.
7. Please make sure your device system version is Mac OS/iOS 10.12 or above, Windows 8/10 or above, Android 4.3 or above.
